The people gave him a wonderful welcome, some throwing their coats on the street, others spreading out rushes they had cut in the fields. Running ahead and following after, they were calling out,
Hosanna!
Blessed is he who comes in God’s name!
Blessed the coming kingdom of our father David!
Hosanna in highest heaven!
– Mark 11:8-10 (the message)
On this Palm Sunday, we imagine the parade He entered in to. Branches and coats laid down for His feet to step on, the wonderful welcome, adoration streaming from His peoples’ faces.
How quickly they went – we go – from praise to blame, joy to apathy, faith to fear.
And so we journey through this Holy Week.

So we journey… and remember… and cry and rejoice… and remain thankful for all that HE has done for us.
Amen, friend.
